I tore my ACL/ partially tore the MCL and tore meniscus in may. After rehabbing the mcl back to strength and i have been riding everything from DH to xc since july. as much as it sucks just get a good knee brace and follow doctors orders. I'm having surgery in march and I wont lie I'm pretty excited
